If a vendor experiences a fraud or dishonest behaviour of a customer they will add the deadbeat's details to the Chargeback Deadbeats Blacklist

Once listed all the vendors in our system are protected from the deadbeat doing business with them.

When the customer submits their information our system queries the blacklist for a match.
NO MATCH MEANS REGISTRATION COMPLETES

If there is a MATCH the customer is diverted away from the Vendor's website and confronted with this screen
